Current• Created and launched a youth basketball platform that ranks third in the NBA in revenue at $1.52 million annually and first in participation at 104,000 participants• Modernized the Jr. Clippers branding initiative, increasing participants from 2,400 to 101,770 and revenue from $0 to $376,000; program ranks number one in the NBA in participation and revenue more than doubling the next closest team• Generated $455,000 in ticket revenue off of 34,000 sold tickets; an increase of 980% since program inception• Achieved $1.1 million in revenue for game-day experiences, tripling the numbers produced prior to the launch of the new youth basketball platform• Developed and executed a comprehensive marketing plan that saw an increase in revenue and profit of nearly 600% since inception• Redesigned a summer camp initiative the saw profits grow more than 770% since redesign• Spearheaded and cultivated several sponsorship opportunities producing more than $500,000 in sponsorship revenue• Designed a state-of-the-art Learn to Play program, selling out the program since inception• Orchestrated and led a part-time coaching staff of 91 • Created and managed an interactive website as well as youth basketball based social media platforms• Implemented a best in class multi-level skills competition duplicated by several NBA teams• Conducted and led 237 events in the community annually• Responsible for bringing together the Orange County Department of Educations and the Los Angeles County Department of Education for the first time on an in-school Clippers themed STEAM initiative• Contributed to all Community Relations efforts in expanding Vision to Learn, Tobie's Heroes, Bowling Tournament, court refurbishments and more
