Over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Twenty five (25) years of which are in the construction management and project controls environment. In the construction field, the emphasis was in the Pipe Department. In construction management the emphasis is in Project Management/Technical/Project Controls Services. Positions held in the management area were Material Takeoff Coordinator, Pipe Estimator, Cost Specialist, Pipe Liaison, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Control Manager and presently, Site Project Manager. Responsibilities have included detailed material takeoffs, detailed estimates by craft activities, tracking expended and earned man-hours for productivity, forecasting and project activity percent completes. Coordinate construction activities such as material requirements, expediting, scheduling, variances, quantity surveying and cost analysis. Monitoring the cost and completion of Capital projects and funded non-capital work orders. Compiling detailed reports for crafts leads, management and senior leadership. Create and manage MS Access databases for historical data collection and reporting. Currently managing over 200 employees in construction, maintenance, and production activities.
