• Conduct field monitoring and evaluation of project• Assist the Project Partners in project design;• Prepare monthly and annual progress report and submit to donors and stakeholders• Prepare annual work plan and budget regarding the education project• Conduct regular field visits to schools, meeting children, their parents and teachers• Liaison and maintain contacts with relevant government agencies, IOs, NGOs and CBOs• Facilitate field visits of HEKS delegation, visitor, consultants, donors and guests• Participate in education networks in Cambodia and other major events relevant to education programs• Inform NGO’s partners on issues relevant to education project• Organize meetings, training or workshop with partners and target beneficiaries on relevant topic to education as needed
