Managing the full treasury function including cash flow for all Corporate owned restaurants reporting directly to the Financial Manager. I was responsible for checking recorded sales if they are accurate & complete then reconcile deposited cash to sales on a daily basis and following up on variances, developing sound internal control systems to eliminate or reduce cash leakages as you know cash is the highest risk asset of a business and doing some announced & unannounced audits.

This was my second role in Finance which was a bit more senior to my entry level role at Managed Health Care reporting to the Accountant. I was exposed to the manufacturing side of business where i had to do some costing & bill of material (BOM).

This was my entry level role where i was an all rounder for all entry level duties like filling, processing Good Received Vouchers (GRVs), debtors, creditors, collections, banking and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
