- Strong experience managing new and collaborate with existing partners to enable project executions. ADMS, AEMS, GIS, MARKETS, DERMS, Data Communications, Data Models, Testing, Change Management, Automation.
- Develop a partnership framework to assess the current Services delivery capabilities and future state to scale the organization.
- Evaluate potential partners in the ecosystem to determine which have the most complementary skills to support our regional deliveries.
- Use disciplined approaches to monitor team progress via effective information dashboards for project execution velocity, customer satisfaction, progress against plan, quality and compliance.
- Be an expert in proactively using data, practical knowledge, and forecast future needs while managing risk and uncertainty for the global team.
