Providing an evidenced based multi tiered training/consultation helping organizations implement hope centered strategies influence workforce wellbeing and improve outcomes for children, adults, and families.For the last 20 years I have focused my scholarly research on human service nonprofit organizations. I have focused this work to create an evidence based training curriculum to help organizations implement hope centered strategies. Hope is not a wish or feeling but a goal setting framework based upon our ability to find pathways and generate the willpower to make the future possible. The science of hope demonstrate that hope (1) can be learned, (2) serves as a protective factor in the workforce impacting burnout, retention, engagement, and well-being, and (3) predicts positive outcomes for children, adults, and families experiencing adversity and traumaI have presented this work as a TEDx talk, as an invited workshop for Jane Goodall's Activating Hope Summit, and as a main stage speaker for the American Psychological Association.
