Leading the PMO for the People Organization and our Location and Remote work strategies. My team is the central nervous system of the People team. We provide a conduit between strategy, values and execution that is a bi-directional link between the CPO’s vision and goals, and our functional execution activities. We provide department-wide governance across strategic people operations and projects with a laser focus on increasing execution efficiency that enables the People org to scale and grow. As one of the leaders for our WIN ERG, I focus on building community & connection, advocating for our over 400 members and driving efforts & improvement in the areas of development and engagement for the women of Confluent.

As Director of Recruiting Operations and Account Management, I focus on operational excellence, process creation and efficiency, as well as client satisfaction and success. Overlooking a geographically dispersed team of 20, I strive to provide leadership on a day-to-day operational level while establishing a strategic vision with regards to our business and client relationships. In this capacity I have created RPO and internal recruiting programs from scratch, implemented process efficiency and developed recruiting strategies to attract top talent and increase ROI, resulting in lower time to fill and higher passive critical hires.

Oversaw opening and operations for Rose. Rabbit. Lie. (48 million dollar project). Followed by managing the operations of Comme Ca, and led the management team through the closure. Managed everything from recruitment, training, process creation and implementation, to operational excellence, human resources and employee relations. During this time I had up to 90 direct reports that i managed, coached and mentored.
