- Support corporate strategic planning and formulate strategy to develop new businesses in high priority areas- Support key research to identify partnership direction and perform strategic partnership synergy mapping and due diligence based on combined user behavior, brand strength, competition landscape, product line up, and potential impact

- Oversee aspects and elements of social media channels - Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze for social media channels- Responsible for increasing brand engagement, reach, and follower growth for social media channels - Manage and develop content on platform in order to deliver the brand goals- Understand current trends and be able to adapt and adjust to improve the performance - Participate in all campaigns to support the campaigns communications and maximize the result- Work closely with other functions and departments to develop a plan, and ensure seamless execution

- Managing and driving both short-term and strategic partnership alliance to achieve mutual benefits. - Developing loyalty and redemption campaigns to serve the needs of The 1 Card members.- Developing strategies for member acquisition. - Utilising print, online and social media to reach the right target. - Working with both international and domestic partners, such as AirAsia BIG, Xymax Group (Japan), Haagen-Dazs, GDH, Grab, hotels, and leading gas stations.

- Developing marketing mix, briefing agencies, brainstorming for campaign ideas, and researching the market for trends and needs for a leading hair care brand in Thailand. - Involved in Unilever e-commerce project.
