Appreciable knowledge in my domain of mechanical engineering.GATE 2017 qualified with AIR of 15074.Research experience of 2 yrs in field of Metal matrix composite material.Currently working in iron ore beneficiation, pellet division.Current responsibilities.1.Maintaining 3 running ckt in parallel from charging of material to filter cake to burdening.2. Maintaining density,grinding& moisture of filter cake.3.Charging of grinding media as per grinding requirement.4.Deciding parameters like feed,flow,pressure and mass balance in ckt.5.Looking and coordinating with other department for shutdown work and minimum loss of production.6.Handover of equipments for mantainence and inspection of equipments like Ball mill,Press Filter,Thickner,Screen.7.Maintaining FeT of raw material,thickner and filter cake.8.Experience of equipments like Rotary Screen,HGMS,LIMS and Delkor filter.9.Maintain filter cake yard for emergency situation.
