I started doing web design when Mosaic was the primary web browser and HTML was relatively unknown. I was working with a team for the international management consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton in Washington, D.C. developing the company's ground breaking Intranet system to capture the Firm's “best practices” and “lessons learned” to make the information accessible to employees.
