I oversee the property management duties of real estate assets comprised of residential, commercial, and new development projectsMy main responsibilities are:• Create and present summaries of acquisition prospects to company principals• Perform financial analysis and due diligence for all new real-estate purchases• Secure financing for all new investments• Supervise GC's in all new construction projects to ensure that they meet investor deadlines
