Chanay Walton, Founder & CEO, of A Better Weigh, Inc. and MyPay Circle, Inc.; comes with over 15 years of entrepreneurship experience, which includes expertise in concept design; from the creative phase, to start-up, to a million-dollar revenue generating business. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois; after high school she enrolled into trade school and received her Practical Nurse licensure and went to work in clinical specialties such as Home Health, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care and Dialysis Centers. Through this work, Chanay realized the importance of diet, nutrition and weight loss among her patients. This led her to open A Better Weigh, Inc. Medical Weight Loss Center in 2009. With only $5,000 of her own personal money, Chanay was able to create the business through strategic marketing efforts which consisted of fostering strong relationships with compounding pharmacies to ensure the best ingredients and quality are used for her own FDA approved proprietary supplement line called, Lipo-Ignite®Through her tenacity, hard work and priority in patient care, Chanay has grown the business to 3 additional centers offering franchising opportunities. With her dedicated team of medical practitioners, such as; Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant, the team has successfully helped over fifteen thousand patients. In addition, A Better Weigh, Inc., has been featured in publications such as, N’digo Magazine, You & Me This Morning television Show and has received numerous awards for Best Weight Loss Center in the Chicago metropolitan area.As a visionary leader and knowing that anything is achievable in life, Chanay has had the opportunity to be a guest speaker at public schools through the Genius Lab program. She takes great pride in sharing her knowledge to adolescents to help build their confidence and influence them in making the right decisions for their future.In 2017, Chanay launched MyPay Circle, Inc., a mobile technology application with an emphasis in the finance and segue into the travel industry. This application manages payments for events and group activities through a seamless process committed to provide convenient payment and expense solutions.Chanay’s strength in brand development, market analysis and devising strong marketing plans has allowed her to become the successful entrepreneur that she is today. When not at work, Chanay devotes her time to raising her son, along with their American Bully. She enjoys to travel and appreciates anything to do with the outdoors, especially fishing.
