I am a disruptor at heart and what energizes me is being able to work with people to deliver meaningful and measurable impacts to the business and its customers.With more than 20 years of experience at Cisco, I've worked in both the Asia Pacific and San Francisco regions, developing skills in various fields:- Sales operations and sales business capabilities- Strategy and planning- Go-to-market strategy development and operationalization- Strategic business insights and analytics- Program management- Cybersecurity business insightsI lead the Security Customer Outcomes and Insights team within Cisco’s Security Business Group. Our objective is to help our customers achieve their security business outcomes with the best experience possible. We focus on ensuring all key teams are aligned in understanding our customers' key security outcomes, ensuring we can measure those outcomes, building customer training content to accelerate those outcomes and developing customer listening programs to better understand where we can do better.Our work in this space was recognized by a TSIA STAR Award in 2021.
