For the past 5 years I have been the production manager for a well established sign company serving the greater Dallas Fort Worth area. In my time here I have become very proficient using the sign design software FlexiSign. I am extremely knowledgeable with both the HP Designjet L26500 and the HP Latex 365 as well as Graphtec plotters and Royal Sovereign laminators. Responsibilities as the production manager include communicating directly with clients. Ensuring the client understands the product they are receiving and the timeframe in which they can expect the project to be completed by. Coordinating with fabrication, installation, and the manager on the project is a vital part of my job. Making sure all schedules are lined up and that we all have a coordinated effort to get quality work done in the timeframe provided. Keeping stock on all vinyl materials, sign shop tools, and machine maintenance products. While completing orders I make sure they are first up to quality standards, match the provided proof in appearance and quantity, and are packaged for a safe delivery.
