I work part time seasonally at Holmquist Excavation during the spring and summer, where I install septic tanks, trenching, setting class five driveways, and various dirt work projects. Through this job I was able to further my education and get my pipe layer license and certified as a septic installer. Throughout my time in this position, I have learned and developed essential skills in project management, resource management, time management, heavy equipment operation, and detailed knowledge and experience in the field.

As the Production Manager at IGX Designs, a vinyl decal and sign shop, I oversee the design and production of decals and signs tailored to meet all customer needs. My role involves frequent off-site travel for sign installations, fabrication, maintenance and repair, scissor lift operations, and deliveries. The creative challenges and unique design opportunities in my work inspire me to pursue a degree, further enhancing my skills, knowledge, and career in this dynamic field.

Ace Hardware served as a valuable stepping stone for me during the pandemic, to earn extra income for school while learning and developing essential trade skills. While working I learned and gained the skills of customer service, glass and pipe cutting, delegating projects, assembly, and maintenance. I acquired detailed knowledge of to tools, equipment, hardware, paint, plumbing, and electrical.
