Our aim is to protect the rights of Employers in South Africa.With more than 20 years of experience in general HR and labour law, I have advised managers and executives in listed and international companies on various employment issues and disputes.I am a seasoned presiding officer, mediator, and arbitrator, dealing with and resolving complex cases mostly at a senior to executive level in the public sector institutions. I have served as a part-time commissioner at the CCMA.I am also panelist conciliator and arbitrator at the GPSSBC and ELRC, and a former board member and chairperson of the finance and remuneration committee at the Foodbev Sector Education Authority.
