Chance was born & raised in Mississippi. He attended Mississippi State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After graduating from MSU in 2009 he moved to Tampa, FL to start his career. He now resides in St. Petersburg, FL with his son Breck. Chance started working at a young age, obtaining different summer jobs each year. This led to the very strong work ethics he has today and gave him the opportunity to experience many different industries. Chance has over 12 years of experience working directly in the recruiting industry to include the sectors of Construction and Healthcare. He has progressed through the ranks holding titles of Executive Recruiter, Senior Executive Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead, Director of Recruiting, Vice President of Recruiting and Senior Vice President. When Chance is not changing lives through recruiting, he enjoys taking his boat out, fishing with his son, kayaking and just being in the outdoors. He volunteers at the local YMCA coaching youth Soccer and T-Ball. His hobbies include hunting, basketball, working out / running, camping, reading and traveling.
