About Chance Sturup

I practice full-service plaintiff-side litigation in a boutique South Carolina firm focusing on labor, employment, and civil rights issues. My job enables me to do three of my favorite things: 1) Compete, 2) Win, and 3) Help others. Through my experience I have developed superior skills in oral advocacy, motions practice, appellate practice, legal research and writing, negotiations, and client management. I strive to have a meaningful relationship with every client. I also spend my free time helping build future advocates through my work with the American Mock Trial Association and the University of South Carolina Honors College.
