As Trustee of Sambhavna Trust, work for the welfare, rehabilitation, and rights of Bhopal gas tragedy survivors.

Actively participated with grassroots organisations like Jana Vigyan Vedika and the All India People’s Science Movement in propagating scientific temper, fighting superstition, building awareness against unscientific practices, training teachers and students, and opposing the introduction of astrology as a science course in universities in India.

As Secretary of this interdisciplinary forum for intellectual engagement, organise all its events that include talks by Nobel laureates, scientists, sociologists and film-makers to performances in dance, music and theatre by leading artists and actors.

As Convenor of The MARCH, a voluntary organization, worked with healthcare professionals, scientists and social workers on issues of medical ethics and public interest. Our major milestones include setting up a national system of accreditation of diagnostic clinics to ensure quality and reliability, and drafting the national guidelines for regulation of infertility clinics.

As Research Associate worked on policy documents on healthcare, education, language, libraries and traditional plant-based medicine.

As consultant helped set up the first R&D centre of Sun Pharmaceuticals, which is today the country’s largest pharmaceutical company.

As Communication Officer was part of the core group that set up the institute with its Founder, Dr P M Bhargava. Was responsible for all general publications of the institute. Curated and organised several art exhibitions and art camps in the institurte.
