Current• Ensuring Knowledge articles are updated/created within the defined SLA. • Ensuring all lines of services are timely communicatedabout the changes to knowledge management database.Presenting and analyzing Knowledge Health• Effectively communicate with the client and internal stakeholders to prioritize day to day operations• Deploy the process related methods and techniques• Follow up with clients through updates until their issues are resolved• Answer basic product questions to assist clients to use our functionalities in a self-service way• Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.• Identify common user issues and communicate feedback
