Leading the Supply Chain Improvements project for few Home Care category plants.Rolling out SNP Optimizer design improvement:- Analyzing the current design, proposing new design for improvement of Optimizer Solution Quality and Performance. Executing the roll out by implementing new optimizer design.S&OP implementation using CTM: - Gathering business requirements from client, doing fit gap analysis, proposing solutions, design finalization, development and testing, managing the delivery, Hyper Care.
