As a Senior Technical Assistant at the NorthEastern Council, I have been working for over five years to support the development and implementation of public policies and programs for the eight states of the North-East region of India. I have gained an in-depth grasp of the region's challenges and potential, as well as the role of the central government and other stakeholders in addressing them.My core competencies include public policy analysis and formulation, governance and administration, leadership and coordination, digital mapping and geographical information systems, and cross-cultural communication and collaboration. I have applied these skills in various projects and initiatives, such as the 2019 General Election process, where I assisted the Election Commission of India in conducting free and fair elections in the region. I have also leveraged my skills in leading and participating in college festivals and student affairs at NIT Silchar, where I obtained my Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering.I am passionate about using my skills and experience to drive positive change and development in the North-East region and beyond. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and to contribute to the vision and mission of the NorthEastern Council and the Government of India.
