Job Profile• Manage inspection events and activities of Canning jar, Glass products, cutlery, wire items and Hardline Products and raise proper inspection reports.• Manage inspection events all stage like raw material inspection, Inline, midline and final inspection.• Examine test report, packing list and container CBM Volume. • Examine Sample lots of merchandise prior to shipment for general appearance, conformance to client's specification and standards.• Ensure merchandise is properly assorted, labelled and Pack aged.• Confirmation that Cartons are marked properly.• Control the receipt of inspection materials such as test reports, specification report, samples and contract, and that they conforming to the requirements.• Insure that inspection events are scheduled without affecting shipment delivery and inspection report records of shipment ,quantities inspected by client ,vendor and order number with acceptance and rejection rates for item inspected.• Quarterly breakdown the failed shipments against the total shipments by source and factory.• Monitoring and reporting of production status as required by merchant team.• Help to review samples whenever required by merchant team.

• All Samples Inspection and making specification.• Pre-production meeting with Merchandisers.• Inline and Midline inspection at vendors places.• Final Inspection and problem identification and rectification done through vendor labours.• Packing quality. Marking and labeling checking.• Final Inspection report to Shipping and concern merchandisers.• Monthly review with buyer regarding any previous shipment.• Packaging process specification as per required through the buyers.• Material testing sheet preparation and approval on various stages.

• All Receiving Goods checking• Reconditioning of torn and damage carton to avoid further transit damage to the product.• Provide product feedback for quality improvements.• Monitor and reduce PDI complaints.• Timely furnish various inspection reports and analysis reports to Head Office concern persons.• Effective utilization of existing manpower through proper deployment. Understand new products and study its material and technical specifications.• Daily All communication with HO team.• Responsibility: Inspection at vendor end and in-house inspections.
