Currento Responsible for End-to-End recruitment, face of client to get great talent in the system.o Responsible for GBS finance hiring at all the levels/ grades.o Sourcing the profiles through job portals, Internal ATS(Success factor) Employee references, LinkedIn etc. Involved in Campus hiring for early talent program.o Handling local and global stakeholders, coordinating with them regularly to understand the skills and discuss about market availabilities. Pro-actively go back to business with market insights for niche skills and any new skill hiring.o Attending weekly meetings and updating status on open requirements, brainstorming on effective hiring.o Offer negotiation with shortlisted candidates and releasing offer, being in touch with candidates until they joined, also set up HM/ HR connects on regular basis with candidates to keep up the interest in joining Teva.o Candidates engagement- follow up, pre joining visit, travel & accommodation booking etc..
