Receive, sort, and grade bulk shipments of CPO devices to enter into triage and/or refurb process.● Follow prescribed grading and triage / refurb process to identify CPO Cosmetic and functional flaws.● Execute MCE Triage Processes and other testing mechanism to identify issues.● Complete a range of triage tests involving listening, touching, and visually identifying minute changes and differences.● Record and provide detailed reporting on device grades and functional failures defined by detail work contents and/or by management requirements.● Perform the repair and/or refurb actions in accordance to the brand guidelines and quality instructions to meet the quality requirement of outputs.● Accomplish the productivity target set by organization to contribute in company goals.● Communicate clearly to stakeholder on work outcomes, process challenges and offer solutions.● Handle and resolve software interface issues, patience with repetitive tasks.● Maintain precise POS (RQ) device records and labelling.

1. Setting up and operating specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze theperformance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems of smartphones;2. Restoring and upgrading iOS devices;3. Performing functional testing of electronic units using diagrams, charts and work instructions to process unit;4. Testing all functionality of unit, before moving to retail stores;5. Performing RF diagnostics, failure analysis, and entering the analysis results in electronic complainthandling system;6. Determining parts to be replaced;7. Performing quality check and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality;8. Managing and using tools and equipment properly, including software and in store systems and inventory;9. Providing and ensuring all testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition;10. Diagnosing the faulty devices and recognizing component damage, fraud and tampering;11. Working as an integral member of a tight knit team sharing experience and knowledge of products; and12. Maintain a safe work environment by following codes, standards, and regulations.
