Job Profile: Track: Finance and Accounting; Sub-track: Record to Report Perform Month-end, Quarter end and Year end account closing activities. Preparing various balance sheet reconciliations for A/R Billing, A/R Maintenance, A/R Cash Clearing, Deferred Revenue and others.  Ensure all the reconciling items are cleared on time and to follow up with various teams for the resolution. Posting adjustment Journal entries: Re-class and Write off entries. Analyzing and cross checking between the Cash receipts and Payment received and posting necessary Intercompany journals. Identifying the payments which are received after Sub-ledger close and Posting Accrual Journal entries. Preparing Daily billing reports, Month End Reports, Aging Reports, Billing comparison reports and Quarterly and Monthly Analysis reports. Preparing weekly tie-out between Earned Revenue and Front End report, if there are any differences reaching out to concerned team and make sure to match. Monitor, involve, follow up, where required, in the month end close process Involved and cross trained virtually on newly acquired business. Reviewing the team Reconciliations, reporting activities and Journal entries to avoid the external rejects. Mentoring and training up juniors and new hires. Preparing and updating SOP’s timely.

Job Profile: Track: Finance and Accounting; Sub-track: Record to Report Preparing different balance sheet reconciliations for Prepaid expenses and Accrued Expense Payables, Payroll Tax and AP Retail and Supply Chain Reconciliations.  Posting adjustment Journal entries: True-up, Re-class and Write off entries. Posting Ad-hoc Journal entries requested by corporate accounting team. Calculating the accruals for payables based on average of prior payments and posting accrual Journal entries for the unpaid days.  Analyzing the payments to identify if any missing, incorrect or duplicate payments. Calculating the estimations and posting the amortizations for prepaid expenses by using SOX templates. Preparing the open items trackers and following up with respective stakeholders for resolution. Reviewing the reconciliations being performed by team members as part of internal quality control  Preparing SLA Metrics and PPTs for weekly onshore calls Preparing and monitoring the deliverables, trackers as per DAG requirement
