Pharmaceutical, food, chemical, hotel, and other process sectors in India were examined. Empathy mapping, sensory mapping, social activity mapping, and other approaches were used to map key stakeholders’ present challenges and aspirations, while metaphor elicitation was used to map their aspirations.
