Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of USAID programs, report on various USAID compliances, backstop of Food Security, Energy and Environment portfolios

Lead in M&E portfolio, designed and implemented Results Based Management and performance measurement systems, business process mapping and re-engineering activities, coordinated and managed Reform activities in government departments, which included Design and implementation of Departmental Reform Action Plans, Capacity Building and Change Management Programs.

Led Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Research unit, provided support to Rural Development department, GoAP, on monitoring macro and micro level data on MNREGS, watershed and land development programs, managed “Innovative Challenge Fund for Poverty Reduction” providing grants for innovative projects.
