Started with Taj hotel and moved to a fine dining chain called Mainland China, had worked with them for 4 and half years and joined Tommy Hilfiger at as a store Manager when the brand had only 4 doors, continued and grown with the same company and rose to a national level as business manager for distribution, before that had handled regional operations for north, east and south of India as regional and senior regional manager.Moved on in 2013 to launch my own brand called Tangerine Toes which is a fashion flip flop brand but continued with Tommy Hilfiger as a consultant.For Tangerine Toes, I have handled the entire process of setting up the company, accounts, legal compliance, buying, merchandising, franchisee appointment, distribution and all possible challenges of a start up.Had received immense knowledge and experience in the two years as a director of a new launched brand and scaled it to 70 points of sale in a very short period of time. Post Tangerine Toes i was heading an apparel brand called Motocult (Motor Cycle Inspired Fashion) as head of business with more than 85 point of sale in just one year of the brand Launch in India.
