Working for IBM on Airtel site.My Responsibilities are:-• Administration of LAN & WAN.• Configuration and installing CISCO Router 2600, 2500, 2800, 3745 & also on 7200 Series & CISCO Switch 3850,4500, 4948 Series using OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.• Configuration and management L2 Switches and resolving access layer problems. • Quickly resolve all IP network issues to reduce waste and downtime while also ensuring client's Service Level Agreement.• Coordination with engineers, vendors and service providers to adequately test & resolve hardware / software issues.• Taking backup of network devices• Preparing and maintaining the Network diagrams• Adding and managing new devices discovered in Network Management System.• Monitoring WAN links with the help of IBM ITNM and other monitoring tool.• To identify and resolve problems on data connectivity, phone connectivity and escalate unre-solved problems as per the escalation chart to the management, service providers• Creating and managing DHCP Server• Maintaining and troubleshooting of various VLANS created• Part of Circle Network Operations Team of IBM for BHARTI project and provide technical support.
