In 2010 Started as an WFA Precertification Engineer in Broadcom and was responsible for Qualifying Pre-certification of mainly 11n/11ac and P2P. After serving 3 and half years in this Pre-certification I moved on to Qualcomm Chennai via Global Edge Software in May 2014 Where I was associated with AP team where I was responsible for verification of Wired Protocols I contributed to various AP platform and worked on Ethernet Features like PPPoE,L2TP,PPTP, NAT(SNAT, DNAT,PAT), Bridging part of Routers predominantly.I moved to WLAN side of things and joined Cypress in 2016Initially My role was to set up WFA Pre-Cert house here from Level 0. After 2 years i accomplished Bringing up of majority of the Pre-cert Suites in Cypress now Infineon which includes 11n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, PMF, WPS2.0 and in span of 5 years we scaled support 13 different Test suites and team size grew from 1 to 5. Along with this I started Taking additional responsibilities of New silicon's any new chip which Infineon/cypress is Building. I was lead for those silicon's where my responsibility would be to qualify all the WLAN SW features supported by the CHIP in the phased manner and work with Cross functional Teams to resolve issues and work closely to make sure The project is delivered on time Till now I have completed 3 such silicon's.The latest one was with 11ax Where the team involved in writing new 11ax Test plans to make sure we do all necessary test and test them thoroughly before giving it to customers.I have been in Managing role since Nov 202 with team size of 14 where i have exposure on Managerial responsibilities.
