Hello, I’m Chandana R K, currently in my final year of a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at ISBR Business School, specializing in HR and Business Analytics. My educational journey is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, which has equipped me with strong technical skills and analytical thinking.My academic and professional experiences have been significantly enriched by a transformative 3-month internship as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Wipro, where I gained practical experience in various HR functions from May 6th, 2024, to August 6th, 2024. During my internship, I contributed to the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through Naukri, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and participating in large-scale recruitment drives. I was also involved in branding and engagement initiatives, collaborating with new joinees and recruiters to create testimonials, design virtual badges, and maintain critical trackers.With a robust foundation in both technical and HR domains, I am eager to apply my skills in recruiting, employee engagement, and training and development in a professional setting.
