It is a privilege to lead such a group and to be able to work closely with cancer survivors and their families to provide support, advocacy, and awareness.In my role as a leader, I ensure that each chapter is well-equipped with the resources they need to provide the best support and advocacy for cancer survivors. I work with each chapter head to identify their needs, provide guidance and support, and facilitate regular communication among the chapters. I also make sure that the chapters adhere to the mission and vision of KidsCan...Konnect, and that their activities align with the organization's goals and objectives.One of my key responsibilities is to make strategic annual plans for KidsCan...Konnect. I work with the chapters to identify their annual goals and objectives and then create a comprehensive plan and budget that aligns with those goals.Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also a vital part of my role. I work closely with other departments within CanKids...KidsCan, such as the research and advocacy teams, to ensure that our efforts are aligned and that we are working together to achieve our common goals.
