With over 15 years of experience, I have worked across industries (IT / Education / Internet / Ed Tech) driving business and leading programs for new product development. In my current role at Sunstone, I am having PnL ownership for my territory and leading a 50+ member team. I am responsible for Customer Acquisition [Alliances, Sales Channels, Sales Operations] as well as Customer Experience [Academic Operations, Revenue Collection, Learning Outcomes, Customer NPS]. At Aakash Education's e-learning division, I was the Category Head for Engineering and Foundation streams. I was responsible for the category revenue, P&L. I also lead programs spanning cross functional teams for new content and product development. At Next Education, a leading e-learning company in K-12 space, I was the product owner for a portfolio comprising of a MOOC platform, curriculum books, digital content and interactive learning applications. While at OYO, I set up the account management function to engage with hotel supply partners and helped build supply focussed products in Salesforce, Freshdesk and OYO's Supply partner app. Prior to ISB, I headed the business development function for Motion Education, a pre engineering and medical test preparation start-up. I led the development and was responsible for P&L of distance and e-learning products division, marketing and expansion of physical centers. I started my career with ANZ Operations and Technology as a Technical analyst working on technologies such as SAS SQL, Business Objects and Microsoft Reporting Services.
