- Working on developing an integrated online platform (Himachal Online Seva Portal) across the state to establish an online single window system to allow real time access to all available government services.- Clarifying and detail requirements by conducting brainstorming sessions with the stakeholders and SMEs of different Departments.- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.- Periodical monitoring of the project.- Liaison has to be maintained by me with the officials, non-officials, and politicians for efficient implementation of various services of the Government in the State.- Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule and ensuring timely completion and delivery of online services as per the requirements.- Weekly/monthly project status reporting to senior management.

> Conducts functional and technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develops solutions to meet those needs.> To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development life cycle (SDLC).> Conducting system study and coordinating with team members for requirements mapping, system design & integration, implementation, etc.> Work with client and stakeholders to build a strong client relationship.> Designing and executing test plans and gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled.> Understanding business requirements, identifying systems and getting it developed & implemented.
