Initiated fee income for Esterad from PE transactions, attracting strategic investors to invest alongside Esterad, and generating cash flow of USD 25m+ from non-core asset sales.

Implemented GFH Group strategy from a PE house, diversifying revenue sources and handling investor relations with fund managers and UHNI. Led multiple capital raising and debt restructuring, marketing GFH strategy to Bankers and UHNI. Supervised underwriting transactions for investor placements and presented to Board/Regulators on GFH financials/strategy. Led the largest project of the group (USD 1 Bn+ AUM). Approved person in CBB and DFSA.

Led the finance department at Gulf Finance House, overseeing various management committees. Successfully implemented GDR and sukuk listings, as well as various rights issues and secondary listings for GFH Group.

Led the Financial Control Department at HSBC India, ensuring accurate and timely Head Office Financial Reporting. Implemented IAS for Indian Banking operations. Finalized year-end local and head office reporting, exercising proper financial controls and reporting of the balance sheet daily.

Assisted Indian clients in restating accounts and preparing accounting manuals as per US / IAS GAAP and SEC norms. Key speaker at client seminars and internal staff training courses on US GAAP. Worked with leading Indian cos from media, infotech, financial, and pharmaceutical industries.
