Responsibilities : Managing a team of bookkeepers and accountants. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information; and preparing trail balances, income statements, and balance sheets. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients of differing sizes and meeting their requirements in terms of bookkeeping, accounts, and tax issues. Preparing business plans, budgets, and periodic analyses for clients. Periodically bank reconciliation, cash flow statements, and VAT analysis. Multi-currency Receivables Management & Credit Control. Assisting the head office team in the United Kingdom and preparing year-end statutory annual accounts and management accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders. Monitor and review overall accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Along with maintaining administrative functions and human resource operations as required. Sometimes IT-related tasks need to be done as required.
