Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Current● To ensure Product is Inspected and Tested as per defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Acceptance Plans.● To prepare Quality control plans, Quality Process Flow charts, Work Inspections as per customer requirements for Final Quality Assurance.● Responsible for final Quality check before shipments from factory.● To prepare daily Quality reports related to Final Quality and publish to Cross Functional Team.● Work with Production and Process team to reduce rejections. Part of team to improve First Pass Yield.● Work with R&D team to define the right Quality, CTQ, and Testing parameters to have better Quality controls on the Production line.● Validate the final product as per defined Product Specifications.● Prepare Quality related documents, check list to meet ISO requirements and customer compliance.● To verify implementation ECN / ECO on the shop-floor and keep traceability for all changes / modifications.● Ensure for proper Work Instructions, records, certifications, SOP, Internal audits, Operator trainings are on place at FQA / OBA area.● Work with Filed Failure team to analysis field rejection and have preventive actions on the shop-floor to ensure that no repeat failures in the field.● Ensure document controls are in place to conform to ISO standards. Work for new standards implementation on shop-floor.
