The project's concept is similar to AliExpress, a platform that allowed users to sell and purchase goods. The goal of this project is to create an outstanding ERP Web application that can manage numerous requests using open source in order to save money and time. I was given the task of conducting research and utilizing Odoo ERP to examine the business requirements. Additionally, it involves comprehending the structure and schema of the Odoo database.

I was working both as a leader and a developer in version 4.0 of school management, which was created to develop the special modules and to improve some features of the current system. Those modules are: exam would focus on managing the KIT exam and the result calculation, student leave request allows user to request and approve without using paper anymore, access-right is specified the user rule base on the role of user, and the system allows user to create the student CV by fill in some information and generate as PDF. Furthermore, we also focus on class storage development for enabling storing the class resource material. I am experienced at negotiating with the clients, the KIT management, and project stakeholders to get an agreement on the project's final details and ensure they have a pleasant experience using the system. Building a knowledgeable and diligent team has been important for me as a leader. I must keep the team engaged and provide a comfortable physical and mental working environment. With better time management and a better grasp of the members' talents that are appropriate for the task, I have improved my estimation of tasks and member assignment as a result of project leadership.

Beginning with the logically built new system structures that are affordable with KIT structure and the operational process by modifying on an open-source system — Odoo OpenEducat 13 — I have learned to lead and design the flow system as well as the system structure. The prior data from the old system from 2014 to 2020 is considered vital when the system is finished, and it has been transported from paper sources and the old system into the new system, making sure that no data is lost. Besides that, I support and solved many operational issues as well.

For daily use by KIT, student attendance records and classtimetables are necessary. Odoo 8 School Management System was unable to match the demands of everyday usage, thus I was given the task of redesigning the main page of Odoo 8 using react js to make it more user-friendly.

I have participated in KIT projects since my first year. I was assigned to the KIT digital marketing team for my first project. By utilizing my creativity and expertise in design and original thought, I used to produce numerous posters and videos for putting on the KIT Facebook page, the vKirirom Pine Resort Facebook page, and the KIT Instagram. In addition to this product, I have been trained and given the responsibility of managing KIT's Instagram digital marketing for many months. As a result, we have amassed a large number of posts and followers. I utilized Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma as my tools.
