I work for TheKey, formerly known as Home Care Assistance. My role is to ensure successful implementation and diligent execution of care plan and continue to oversee client care by staying in consistent communication with the caregivers, staff, clients and their families.

I have been working in senior care sector of 13 years. I have worked with hundreds of families through the years to assist and ensure their loved ones receive the care they deserve. My role is versatile and is not limited to certain activities. In my CCM Role, I provide client care management to ensure quality care is being delivered to all clients on service. I perform Intakes and assessments during the clients admission process. I supervise and evaluate client satisfaction on all clients served, I ensure the documentation of services provided is accurate and processed in timely manner. I organize and supervise the day-to-day operations in the office.I resolve customer complaints regarding worker performance and services provided.As an Alternate Administrator I assist to review and evaluate the existing polices & procedures and I also provide assistance with State audits.I am responsible for implementing effective budgeting and accounting systems. I collaborate with staff members to plan develop programs, events, training programs etc.I also assist with recruiting and hiring staff members.
