My current role involves working as Founder and Head Legal. Prior to this I have been associated with the firm for more than 7 years , where my role consisted of the management of legal compliances related to company law matters, intellectual property and valuation services. In addition to that, I also have hands on experience in conducting corporate audits & compliance activities. I am always keen to learn new skills and take on challenges which further enhance my knowledge base and exposure to this domain
