Initiated process for vendor evaluation , assessment, rating for wind, Hydro and Solar plants.

Leading O&M - SCM team in Wind World India Ltd (Formally known as Enercon India Limited). Responsible for Planning / Procurement / Vendor Development / Inventory / Logistics of materiel for smooth operation of 5500 MW of wind mills operational in 7 states having more than 60 sites.

Instituted new system for the issuance of material from stores.Played a key role in fixing rate contracts with the transporters.Establish inventory management processes.

Handled procurement of critical materials i.e Rollers , NF , CS & CI castings , Machined components, Fabrication equipment, Spare parts etc.Developed a new concept of 10 digit item codes for automatic placing of purchase order and maintenance of stocks in stores.Steered the first quality circle . delivered a presentation on proper working of values to the management of the company, first of its own kind in company.Active speaker in training department on various topics.
