Number of page views reached 18 billion a month.● Within two quarters, reduced average response time on Friendster site to under two seconds from over nine seconds.● Within three quarters, created a superior development team with sixty-five members located in Mountain View and Philippines. Team consisted of Software Engineers, UI Designers, Product Managers and Quality Engineers.
