I served the valuation committee for over 15 months on pro bono basis and shared my valuation experience on Regulatory aspects, International Valuation Standards and Valuation principles and practices in India. During my tenure, the committee on valuation matters deliberated, drafted and submitted its first report and recommendations on the Indian Valuation Standards to the MCA, Government of India. The committee also emphasized on the need for education, training and continuous education of valuers and also enactment of a seperate law for the valuation profession in India. -
