I began my career by serving the Indian Air Force in March of 1996. where I worked in various posts at various locations. major job area involved: • Administration of aviation equipment and dispatching of the outstation business and aircraft, including transportation, food, and lodging. • Investigating profiles potentially harmful to the Air Force was also one of the key jobs. • Maintaining discipline, horticulture, cleanliness, and other things at the station and performed liaisoning duties between the force and other government offices. My responsible attitude landed me in key roles like serving at a flood in Jammu and Kashmir and escorting the Prime Minister and Presidents of other nations on multiple occasions. I retired from the force after 20 years of serviceAfter a small break, joined KGL Impex Pvt. Ltd. as their administration head in 2017. The firm handled Samsung’s refurbishment center.• Developed the whole security management for the center. • Dealt with labor employment and resolved all labor issues. • Carried out scrap management to clear storage and maintenance of hygiene. • Monitored the health facilities and goods supply by canteen and pantry management. joined the Institute of Management Studies in Noida as Administration Head. Trained the guards for situations of emergency while checking the students' discipline criteria. Carried out transport management and oversaw event organizations and management. Joined Caparo Engineering India Ltd., as the Head of Security, Administration, and Vigilance. My duties included: • Governance of the security of 3 plants in 3 different cities.• Managing 15 officials, 75 guards, and 1500+ labor, and maintaining healthy Industry relations. • Practiced liaison, and administrative duties, and wrote the Security Audit reports.• Designed the firm’s crisis management policies and solved two cases, getting one accused jailed and the other terminated. Carried out the task of scrap management.Currently working with Sunwoda Electronic India as Administration Head . My task includes designing the firm’s security policies while amending the previous ones. Managing the administration ,building management and protecting the company assets through surveillance.
