Working with various departments and stakeholders; Project, OCEP and IT development teams to deliver winning products, across the Product Lifecycle/SDLC, collecting and prioritizing product and customer needs/requirements, creating product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with the change management and marketing teams to drive awareness, training and roll-out of the product. I lead and facilitate through various product houses and segments, to deliver Money Management tools and insights on platform for the SME and Enterprise segments. Working with stakeholders across the bank to enable Value Added Services, to businesses to offer to their employees (positioning the employer as “employer of choice”). As part of product development, I also look at the User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) journeys for customers and staff through all touch points, interfaces and channels (assisted and unassisted). In addition, I work very closely with the R&C teams, creating alignment in building the Context, Needs, Advice and Recommendation system (CNAR) with the focus on becoming a needs-based business instead of a product-based business, understanding what the customer needs are, to improve the customer’s current state. As part of my portfolio, in addition I am the lead for Product Selection Tools (PSTs) for Commercial. I am also part of the core team for Business Offers, driving client entrenchment and increasing vertical sales index (VSI). These initiatives empower us to be more customer centric by addressing the customers’ needs by providing relevant solutions. Delivering these initiatives via digital platforms providing market-leading interfaces to deliver contextual, cost-effective, innovative and integrated financial services offerings to customers on either an assisted (in-person) or unassisted (self-service) basis.
