I have legislative, legal, and administrative work experience in the United States Congress, the Florida Senate, the Florida House of Representatives, Florida state agencies, and private law firms. I currently serve as Legislative Affairs and Policy Coordinator at the Florida Department of Children and Families, working primarily with legislative matters involving human trafficking, domestic violence, adult protective services, homelessness, Hope Florida, Florida’s Foster Information Center, and Florida’s Fatherhood Initiative. I also serve as Communications and Project Management Coordinator at the Florida Department of Children and Families, managing communications activities and project management functions for the aforementioned program areas.I hold a Master of Science degree in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Philosophy and History, with concentrations in political philosophy and American history.
