Managing a business cluster that undertakes to execute large scale infrastructure projects in water, waste water, building services and industrial sector projects in terms of civil construction and electro-mechanical system integration including design and build contracts.

▪ Spearheading two SBUs - SBU 1 – Infrastructure projects (Integrated water projects & Electro-Mechanical scope in building projects) , SBU 2 – Sales and marketing of engineering equipment and systems to public and private organizations.▪ Strategizing and implementing annual financial budgets and driving the business towards accomplishment through a multitude of avenues, systems & procedures.▪ Expertise in business compliances, financial budgets, HR process, Project quality & risk management and stake holder compliances. ▪ Decision making on seizing the control of critical matters and delivering the outcomes as per the TQM, ISO and CIDA guidelines. ▪ Talent and performance reviews of the staff ensuring seamless contract /project management maintaining a coherent progress of business in both the SBUs.
