Fully managed the Centralized Trade Finance operations activities for the Bank / branch, viz Foreign Inward Remittances, Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Buyers Credit, Foreign Bills and all other miscellaneous Forex transactions. Implemented and re-engineered policies, procedures and processes for the trade finance unit. Updated on the requirements of business units in terms of operational support and liaise with the concerned business units for trouble-shooting. Ensured that all procedures and transactions are in compliance with regulations and Bank's policies. Managed maintenance of transaction records, documents and create archival system for easy retrieval. Monitored customer trade transactions, settlements and report any exceptions to concerned unit.
