My journey began in the manufacturing world as a machine shop material handler and purchasing agent, which ignited my enthusiasm for manufacturing and operations. This passion led me to collegiately pursue a degree in manufacturing engineering and subsequently a role as a CI Engineer during my first college internship, where I discovered my love for teaching and guiding teams through CI methodologies.With extensive experience primarily in the Defense industry and a significant global footprint, especially in the UK, I specialize in Lean methodologies such as Standardized Work, A3, 5S, and Kaizen. My approach emphasizes building a solid foundation to ensure sustainable improvements, avoiding the pitfalls of unstable processes and programs.I take pride in leading major improvements and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement. My accomplishments include successfully driving workplace sustainment initiatives and engaging hundreds of team members in CI practices through hands-on workshops, Kaizen events, and the like.
